The series is both a continuation of what my grandmother taught me and an exploration of our relationship with the natural world. Rather than documenting nature, I want the photographs to leave space for an open narrative and personal interpretation—to invite the viewer to slow down and notice what might otherwise remain unseen. It began with memories of my grandmother. When I was young, she often took me on walks after dark. Sometimes we carried nothing more than a small flashlight, searching for things that most people would simply walk past. She taught me to slow down, to observe, and to look at nature differently. Small details become important, shapes become uncertain, and the boundary between myself and the environment begins to disappear.
